steel pan repertoire and history, aural training and musicianship, improvisation
and performance.

A live steelband performance with intermittent narration on how steel
drums were invented and made Including slide show and video clips student
participation through question and answer period. And a chance to actually
have a go at playing.
Appropriate for primary and secondary school students. suitable for whole
school assemblies.
Classes
include:

minute Sessions for up to 15 students at a time

The steel drum musical instrument is the pride of the Caribbean. The only
acoustic musical instrument invented in the 20th century Our exciting

of steel drums.
